EZ Pay Terms & Conditions (Banque Saudi Fransi):

• The service is available only for Saudis.
  The customer must have an account with Banque Saudi Fransi. If not, they can instantly open one within 10 minutes.
• Customers can use EZ Pay multiple times, subject to approval. A minimum gap of 26 hours is required between applications.
• Installment plans are available for 3 months to 24 months.
• Minimum order value is SAR 1,000 and the maximum is SAR 30,000.
• No additional fees — 0% interest for the customer.
• Qualification approval takes between 1 second and 3 minutes.
• In case of cancellation or return, the customer must raise a request directly with Banque Saudi Fransi through their customer service.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Shaker Group’s return policy applies.

Only full returns are allowed — partial returns are not accepted, all products listed in the original invoice must be returned in full, in compliance with the regulations of the financing entity.
