Shaker Group offers delivery and installation services through authorized third-party partners, depending on city coverage. Delivery within Riyadh takes 3-5 business days, while delivery outside Riyadh takes 7-10 business days, with possible delays of up to 14 days during peak seasons. 

Installation services are available for air conditioners with an additional feel. Installation is scheduled 1-2 business days after delivery.

What is Shaker Group's warranty policy?

 Shaker Group offers a 2-year standard warranty, with the option to extend it for up to 3 additional years at the time of purchase. Customers can request maintenance through Shaker Group’s communication channels, and a technician will visit within 2 days. If the device is not repaired within 30 days, or if the same issue occurs more than 3 times, it will be replaced with a new one of the same or higher specifications. Customers can also buy extended warranty which starts after the original 2-year warranty expires and must be purchased at the time of product purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping with Shaker Group depends on your location. If you are in Riyadh, your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For deliveries outside Riyadh, it takes 7 to 10 business days for order to arrive. Please note that shipping times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
