Return & Exchange Policy
Customers can easily initiate a return request through their account page. Here’s how:
1-Log in to your account.
2-Navigate to the Orders section.
3-Find the order you wish to return and click on it.
4-Select the option to Request Return.

- To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.
- Item is in original packing condition.
- Return and exchange is within 7 days of date of product arrival.
- The purchased product can be returned if it is still in its original condition (new, not opened or used). If the carton is opened/damaged, 20% of its price will be deducted.
- Item purchased through vouchers, credit card or through instalment service cannot be refunded in cash.
- Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
- You can return or exchange your order through the website by going to your account, then to the orders section, and clicking on the return request button. Alternatively, you can contact us at our customer service number or email us at [email protected]. A representative from the shipping company will come to collect the order once it is approved.
- In case of a product cancellation or exchange, the amount will be refunded within the expected days below, depending on the customer’s bank:
Mada (1-3 business days)
Visa (3-28 business days).
Immediate replacement of defective products with a manufacturing defect with similar ones within 7 days from the date of recall of the defective product based on the following condition:
- Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.
- Original packaging along with the box, user manuals and accessories must be returned with the device.
- A technical report from Shaker’s Authorized Service Center will be required prior to replacement.
Return and exchange policy for spare parts
Shaker Group is committed to replace or return the sold spare parts if the following conditions are met:
- The date of the purchase invoice should not have passed more than five working days.
- The customer must submit the original purchase invoice with the part to be replaced or returned.
- The spare part to be replaced or returned in its condition when sold and completely intact and that the packaging materials are complete.
- Electronic and electrical parts are not exchangeable or returnable.
