We offer delivery and installation services in partnership with authorized third-party companies, based on the city coverage available through Shaker Group.

Delivery and Installation Coverage

We apologize, if your city is not listed among the available cities, we will not be able to provide our services.

Duration of Delivery and Installation:

  • Delivery within Riyadh: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery outside Riyadh: 7 to 10 business days.
 Note: Delivery duration does not include weekends (Friday and Saturday). Shaker Group delivery team or one of our delivery partners will contact you to confirm the delivery time. If you are unable to receive your order at the scheduled time, we will make three delivery attempts at different times. In some cases, product delivery may be delayed for up to 14 business days due to various factors such as sale seasons and public holidays. We are committed to providing excellent service, so you can postpone the delivery or installation of your order for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that if the period is exceeded, the order will be canceled.

Installation Policy

We currently offer installation services for air conditioners only. You can add the installation service from the product page for a specified fee. Some cities may require additional installation costs, which are outlined in the installation coverage. A payment link for the additional amount will be sent after completing the order. Installation will be carried out by an authorized third party after the order is delivered. The installation appointment will be arranged within one to two business days after you receive the product.

Installation Terms and Conditions

  • The installation service does not include the removal of the old unit or construction work.
  • The installation fee covers basic installation. If additional work is required, such as extending copper pipes, installing bases, or setting up scaffolding, the customer will be responsible for those costs. These additional charges must be agreed upon with the technician on-site before the installation procedures begin.
The installation includes 3 meters of pipe at no additional cost. Additional pipes will be charged per meter, as specified on the product page. It is advisable for an adult to be present on-site before the installation date, and the area should be prepared with enough space for the installation process.
